Hi there, my name's Jamie, I'm the founder of Playter. My creative issue that we've had in the beginning with building the product was actually finding and validating the idea in the first place. How do you create something that's brand new, that's never existed beforehand and validating it in a market that doesn't understand it? The best way we found to actually validate what we're doing was getting other people to sell it to their contacts.
If they could understand it as well as they could and sell it to a stranger, for us that meant that we validated that the problem number one existed, it was understandable and there was a pain point large enough for us to go and solve it.
