Grow Klarna in the UK.
Klarna’s business model works both ways B2B and B2C. To grow in the UK they wanted support with finding out what they should do to secure more merchants who would be willing to use them.
Focus on marketing to merchants (B2B) but use consumer style (B2C) creative. This enabled the merchant to educate their e-commerce customers visiting their websites on what Klarna is, by embedding explainer videos on their checkout pages.
Also, delivered a suite of sales material that Klarna’s sales team could use when they reach out to key decision makers.
